DESIGN PROCESS

STAGE 1

This involves listening to your dreams and aspirations for the project. We will meet with you to discuss your current situation, the project scope, budget and timeframe. As part of this stage we will conduct a site visit and provide a design brief and fee proposal. The fee for this service is $180.

STAGE 2

This is the concept design phase where we respond to your design needs and aspirations by providing space planning, mood imagery, 3D sketch perspectives, finishes scheme and furniture and fixture proposals.

STAGE 3

This is the design development stage which includes detailed 3D renders, floor plans, elevations, finishes and fixtures schedules and construction documentation.

This is where the design becomes reality. We will liaise with your builders, conduct site visits and report defects. Once the space has been completed, we will put the finishing touches on with styling, furniture and art placement. Finally we will celebrate with you and photograph your beautiful new space.

DESIGN FEES

Once Akoe is engaged for the project we will charge a project based fee broken into three payments for the design stages of the project.
