BESPOKE SERVICES

If you’re most of the way there with your renovations but need just a little extra help, we can assist with tile, paint and colour selections as well as furniture and fitting selections. We are also able to bring your design to life in floorplans and 3D model to help you visualise it and make final decisions before construction commences.

When you order products through us, we can provide some trade discounts on certain items such as furniture, fittings and tiles - with savings up to 15% off RRP.

RESIDENTIAL

If you’re starting out on a new home, renovation or planning a new bathroom, kitchen or looking for design advice to help you bring your personality and style to your project, we can help with:

  • Spatial planning, staircase design, lighting plans & furniture layouts

  • Kitchen design and bathroom design including 3D renders showing options for finishes, fixtures and details.

  • Sketch plans and floorplans through to full construction documentation

  • Bespoke joinery design through to interior styling and art consultation

  • Multi-res display suite and finishes schemes

COMMERCIAL

  • Workplace fit-outs, including workplace strategy and process

  • Design and documentation for adaptive reuse and heritage spaces

  • Furniture and fixtures planning with technology integration

  • Lobby upgrades, including lift-car design

RETAIL & HOSPITALITY

DESIGN FEES

Once Akoe is engaged for the project we can work for either an hourly fee of $120 for items such as bespoke services or colour consultations. Larger projects will involve a project based fee broken into three payments for the design stages of the project.
