The Lewisham Terrace project reimagines a traditional innerwest house as a bright, contemporary home. The existing structure was carefully opened to create a connected sequence of living spaces that extend toward the rear garden.

A light material palette of verde tones, gentle greys and organic marble introduces quiet richness while maintaining the restraint appropriate to the terrace typology. Skylights draw daylight deep into the plan, illuminating bathrooms and circulation zones and enhancing the sense of spatial continuity throughout.

The result is a refined urban retreat that feels expansive, light-filled and quietly tactile while respecting its historic envelope.
